Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy ...

 

We ship to  customers in Canada and the  United States. (International customers please contact us via email). All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

 

When you make a purchase at OCBFashionJewelry.com, we will ship it to you using Canada Post, giving you several shipping options & rates, based on your location, during checkout.

 

If your total before taxes is greater than $150 we will pay the shipping charge (for free shipping, we will pay for the lowest rated shipping method. If you would like a more expedited method, please indicate that during checkout, and we will adjust the shipping method and charge you per your request).

 

You can get a shipping estimate if you have items in your cart: either use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart, or log in with your account and a valid shipping address and your shopping cart will show the correct shipping cost and taxes. Shipping times will vary with your choice of shipping methods, and your order ships when all items are available, usually within 24 hours.

 

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orange Crush Beads is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

 

For international customers, please contact us directly with your requests.  Although we are not currently configured to handle international requests, we will try to handle them on an individual basis until we get our system set up.

Returns ...

 

We put a lot of care into the product, and we're confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.  However, in the unfortunate event that you need to return something, please call us to make arrangements for return shipping within 15 days after your receipt of the item(s).  After 15 days of your receipt the sale will be considered final.

 

 

  1. We will provide you with store credit for the full cost of the item(s), if the return is due to an error on our part, including a product defect or incorrect shipment.  Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received, and must be shipped at customer's expense via insured mail to assure receipt of returned merchandise.  A credit will be applied to your account on receipt of the merchandise, and we will email you to confirm our receipt.  We apologize we can't refund shipping costs.
     
  2. If the item does not meet your expectations or you do not wish to keep it for another reason, we will gladly take it back in original condition, and issue you a store credit for the original purchase price.  Again, items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received, and must be shipped at customer's expense via insured mail to assure receipt of returned merchandise.  A credit will be applied to your account on receipt of the merchandise, and we will email you to confirm our receipt.  Again, we apologize we can't refund shipping costs.
